Mike Murphy
Owner & President
Mike Murphy brings more than 28 years of solid transportation and railway experience to the clients of TGB Group. He served as director of logistics for a leading transportation management company, where he was intricately involved with rail shipping operations. For 10 years with one of the largest railroads in North America, he gained specific expertise in the mechanical, operational and sales and marketing arenas, mastering the inner workings of a Class I railroad.
Additionally, he served as business development leader for the rail division of a mid-sized engineering firm, working with engineering and design teams to create sustainable growth. With TGB Group, Mike oversees sales, marketing and business strategy.
Rebecca Murphy
Owner & Administrative Officer
With more than 27 years’ experience in the transportation industry, Rebecca Murphy is a key guiding force of TGB Group. Her roles of owner and administrative officer extend to many facets of our company’s operation.
Rebecca’s expertise in logistics, pricing, freight shipment and international trade is part of the reason TGB is able to provide our clients with a level of service that passes all expectations. Rebecca’s primary daily responsibilities include coordination of human resources and accounts payable and receivable.
Ross Armstrong
Senior Designer
Ross Armstrong supports our rail, transportation, and site development projects with a strong focus on coordination and follow-through. With a background in planning and project management, he plays a key role in keeping projects organized and on track. Known for his dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, Ross ensures work is completed on time and to a high standard. His steady presence and collaborative spirit make him a valued member of our team.

Senior Project Engineer
Matt Hales is a Senior Professional Engineer at TGB Group who brings solid experience and dependable problem-solving to every project.
